What I Do

I only do two things:

  • I advise on legal matters, so you can make decisions
  • I draft the documents you need, so you can do business
A neon sign that says don 't panic.

The large national and international business law firms do everything I do (and more) except for a couple of things. They don’t understand that small businesses are not just large businesses with smaller numbers on their financials. And they don’t understand that small businesses compete by being quicker, and sometimes by being willing to take more risks. Large law firms can actually  have policies to prevent them from offering a range of options – they choose your risk level for you. You run your business; I advise on legal matters so you can make decisions, and then I draft the documents you need, so you can do business.

But I do those two things in lots of areas.
